

The Chabot-Las Positas Community College expanded its campus with a new Academic Support and Office Building. Aging classrooms and outdated façades of the old buildings robbed the facility of a welcoming spirit, which fostered the College District’s decision to construct the new, modernized ones with improved safety and security. The Academic Support and Office Building rose in the location of the previous buildings 2100 & 2200 and now houses computer and science labs, tutoring and study areas, a math lab, and over 80 faculty offices.
