

A renowned tech giant develops a new data center campus that would span more than 1.7 million square feet at full build-out in Louisa County, VA. It will provide a minimum of 420 megawatt (MW) of data center capacity to support the rapidly growing demand for cloud computing and other web-based services. This digital infrastructure hub will feature an administration building, two smaller specialty data centers, two substations capable of providing 300 MW of power each, and a large-scale water infrastructure.
