What is your personal 'WHY' that has led you to VEC?

My personal "why" is rooted in the people I work with and the opportunities VEC provides. This is a place where you’re encouraged to be yourself, with all your strengths and imperfections, and where you have every opportunity to grow. When you commit to the process and focus on building success together, you truly feel that your contribution matters. You’re a valued part of the team and company, and that sense of belonging and shared purpose is incredibly motivating.

What is your favorite VEC customer success story and/or what is your proudest moment working on a project at VEC?

Success isn’t always about smooth execution or perfect outcomes. Sometimes, real success is simply not dropping the ball, finding a path forward, even when things don’t go as planned. I’m especially proud of the projects where everything was challenging, where the situation wasn’t profitable as much as we wanted or ideal, and we could’ve walked away. But we didn’t. We stayed, we delivered, we worked through the issues, and we honored our commitment to the client. That kind of decision — choosing to stay, to problem-solve, and to protect the relationship, turns a tough project into a long-term success. We didn’t just complete the work; we grew trust and proved that we’re true partners. Construction doesn’t always go the way we want, it’s not always wins and highlights. But when you act with integrity and stay committed, that’s what earns respect and builds strong partnerships that last.

What is your favorite memory with the VEC team?

It’s hard to choose just one — but if I had to, I would say Piña Colada .  I can also say about "Kardashians" house, "Vegas dancing" and Tahoe skiing. All these moments perfectly captured the spirit of the team
